We would like to give you some information along with our first newsletter of the new year concerning escrypt`s activities at the embedded world 2009. The embedded industry meets from 3rd March 2009 to 5th March 2009 in Nuremberg for the embedded world Conference 2009. The embedded world Conference is one of the most important conferences in the world for the embedded industry and is part of the embedded world.

After the brilliant resonance in the last year escrypt is organizing the "Cryptography and Embedded Security workshop" (Class 3.1.) in cooperation with Design&Elektronik. This workshop is part of the embedded world Conference and takes place on 5th March 2009. Top speakers present the latest technological solutions.

escrypt is presenting an invited talk concerning "Vehicle Communications" at the ITS America sponsored session at the 2009 Consumer Electronic Show in Las Vegas.The main focus will be on the new vehicular safety systems based on communication between cars and infrastructure.   • SAE 2009 World Congress in Detroit

escrypt presents three papers at the SAE 2009 World Congress in Detroit, April 20-23, 2009. The papers cover an introduction to embedded security in vehicles as well as feature activation and secure software download. Further information concerning the SAE 2009 are available at this web page.


  • Honors for escrypt

escrypt was nominated for the “IT-Security-Award NRW 2008” in the category “small and medium enterprises”. Escrypt was honored for their innovative IT-Security-Solution in the area of “secure Flashing / secure Softwaredownload”. The honour was presented at the “7th IT-Security-Day NRW”, 20th of November 2008 in Neuss (Germany), from Mr. Manfred Palmen (minister of state, department of the interior NRW).
