CycurLIB

Cryptographic algorithms software library including all common algorithms.

CycurACT

Feature activation solution including backend and embedded devices software modules. Backend security is based on smart cards, and can easily be connected to existing data base systems.

CycurDPA

Side-channel resistance measurement workstation that supports common algorithms and can easily be extended to support new algorithms and attack mechanisms.

CycurFLASH

Secure flashing for embedded devices with flash memory. The software can easily be incorporated to existing boot loader software.

CycurBOOT

Secure boot software for embedded devices that can incorporate a TPM for further security.

CycurPKI

Public key infrastructure (PKI) software for small to midsize scenarios (a few to a few million certificates per year).

CycurV2X

The IEEE 1609.2 security stack, available as hardware and software solution. The hardware solution comes with a cryptographic accelerator for high throughput.

CycurTAG

Security-enabled RFID tags to prevent counterfeit products.

CycurCORE

Hardware IP Cores that implement common cryptographic algorithms in VHDL.

CycurDOX

Network filesystem encryption using smart card authentication and secret sharing.

CycurCOBA

A parallel cryptographic code breaker based on dozens of FPGAs. CycurCOPA can be used to run exhaustive key searches.

Further activities:

  • VANET 2010 - The Seventh ACM International Workshop on Vehicular Networking
    Vanet 2010 will be held this September in Chicago as part of ACM MobiCom 2010. André Weimerskirch is again the co-chair of VANET 2010. VANET is the leading workshop for vehicular communication research and development and will extend the scope of the 2010 meeting to include standardization, field test operation, and economic considerations. escrypt is one of the leaders in this area and focues on data authentication and integration, privacy and key management.


  • Security Evaluation
    escrypt evaluated InZero's Security Gateway and will present the results in a press conference in Washington, DC. June 24th, 2010. Further details are available in the media: EarthTimes.

  • 12th Wireless Technologies Conference 2010
    The Wireless Technologies Conference 2010 will be held in Bochum from 22nd to 23rd September 2010. The Wireless Technologies Conference provides a qualified overview on basics and the latest developments of the various wireless technologies as well as examples for application from the fields of automation technology, automotive, home- and building automation, medical technology and wireless applications.   • EVITA Secure Hardware Architecture
    escrypt presents a paper to "EVITA Secure Hardware Architecture" on the CAST/EVITA workshop "Mobile Security for Intelligent Cars" in Darmstadt on 1st July 2010. The main objective of this workshop is to present results of the European EVITA project to the public and to instigate a wider review. The target audience includes, beside the interested public, potential users of the EVITA results such as car manufacturers and automotive electronics suppliers.   • Automotive - Safety & Security 2010
    Automotive Safety & Security 2010 is a top level conference on software quality in automotive systems and takes place from June 21st to 23rd 2010 in Stuttgart. This conference will consider all aspects of software quality in automotive systems. The participating experts will be discussing the latest ideas and concrete solutions for software development challenges, especially in process quality, safety and reliability. In session "Real-Time systems" escrypt will present a talk on "A Secure and Privacy-Preserving Electronic Licence Plate". The program is available here.

  • Privacy in ITS Applications Workshop
    Invitation to workshop on "Privacy in ITS Applications" 20 July 2010, Berlin, Co-located with PETS 2010 Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) bring the promise of improved safety, more comfort, better environment preservation, and optimised energy consumption. The objective of this workshop is to investigate how privacy and data protection can be taken into account, in the design phase as well as the architecture and technology levels, and to discuss how stakeholders can build consensus on a pan-European approach.
