From conferences and exhibitions to presentations and discussions, fall is a popular time for events. This year is no exception, with some events taking place online and others once again being held in person. Anyone interested in the transformation of mobility in general and automotive cybersecurity in particular should make sure not to miss the following top recommendations.
AURIX Knowledge Lab 2021

AURIX Knowledge Lab 2021 is a free event that features nine compact online presentations on intelligent, secure battery management for battery electric vehicles, all held over the course of a single afternoon. Together with Infineon and embedded service provider Hitex, ESCRYPT will demonstrate how cybersecurity and functional safety are paired on the microcontroller.
ITS World Congress
October 11–15 | Hamburg
The ITS World Congress 2021 seeks to provide insights into the present and future of V2X connected mobility. ESCRYPT will present its V2X security solutions at the Bosch booth in the exhibition area. Some of these solutions have already been put to work as part of Hamburg’s V2X pilot project BiDiMoVe.
AUTO-ISAC Cybersecurity Summit 2021

The AUTO-ISAC Cybersecurity Summit 2021 will see automakers and suppliers join policy and research experts to share insights and best practices. The hybrid event will be hosted in person in the Detroit Marriott at the GM Renaissance Center as well as virtually. ESCRYPT Senior Manager Moritz Minzlaff will take the opportunity of the AUTO-ISAC Summit to explain how the automotive industry is addressing new global regulatory cybersecurity requirements worldwide.

The ELIV (Electronics In Vehicles) congress has become one of the most important international industry events for automotive electronics and software experts. This year’s edition will be taking place at the World Conference Center in Bonn and will also be livestreamed. As well as providing new insights into automotive security testing, ESCRYPT will also be contributing to the congress program by showing how AUTOSAR can be used to achieve adequate cybersecurity for existing architectures in compliance with UN R155.
escar Europe 2021
November 10–11 | Frankfurt am Main
escar Europe, the world’s leading automotive cybersecurity conference, will once again be taking place as a hybrid event this year. Participants will be able to attend both virtually and in person at the House of Logistics and Mobility in Frankfurt. ESCRYPT will be offering on-site workshops on post-quantum-security, UNECE-compliant cybersecurity management, and automotive security testing.
