automotiveIT Kongress: Industry summit postponed to October
Due to the current developments around the coronavirus (COVID-19), the automotiveIT congress scheduled for March 19 is postponed. According to the organizer, the congress will instead take place on October 26th and October 27th, 2020 at the Westhafen Event & Convention Center (WECC) in Berlin.
Top CIOs from the automotive industry and IT experts from leading tech companies will then present their latest strategies and current projects. They will also be discussing how digitalization and new technologies are forever changing business processes and ways of working within the automotive industry.
ESCRYPT will be presenting PROOF, the Product Security Organization Framework, which the company developed in collaboration with management consultancy KPMG. PROOF is a toolbox designed to help OEMs and suppliers efficiently implement the future cybersecurity requirements of the UNECE WP.29 regulation and ISO/SAE 21434. Also at the event, ESCRYPT will be demonstrating how a backend Security Operations Center (Vehicle SOC) can link in-vehicle intrusion detection with monitoring and attack response in order to provide lasting protection for vehicle fleets.
