Automotive Testing Expo Europe: Security testing in practice
From June 21 to 23, Automotive Testing Expo Europe returns to Stuttgart after a two-year break due to the coronavirus. The trade event brings together everything you need to know about testing technologies and services for the development of vehicle platforms, components, and systems, as well as for ADAS, autonomous driving, electromobility, and more.
An indispensable subdiscipline in all this is automotive security testing. After all, functional safety always hinges on cybersecurity. At ETAS booth no. 1506, ESCRYPT security experts will use pentesting to demonstrate a real attack and the possible manipulation of an ECU.
ETAS will also show how Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing in the cloud can be used to ensure the functional safety of vehicle systems.
